Preliminary scope of work

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza současné situace managementu ve Sportovním klubu vozíčkářů Sharks na jejímž základě autorka navrhuje koncept implementace řízení uvedeného klubu. Analýza je zaměřena na hlavní manažerské funkce organizace a metodologicky využívá analýzy SWOT a dalších metod pro získání prvotních dat.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The general aim of my bachelor theses is focused on analyse of current management position within the sports club with wheelchair bound athletes called Sharks. On its behalf the authoress is suggesting an implementation concept of direction of the mentioned club. The analysis is focused on the main manager duties of the organization and methodologically.
