Název: Aplikace technických prostředků juda při sebeobraně žen. Cíle práce: Popsat a zpracovat technické prostředky juda používané při sebeobraně žen ? Význam všech technických prostředků sebeobrany aplikovaných při sebeobraně žen Metoda: Práce bude mít popisný charakter s využitím všech možných dostupných informací týkajících se využitím juda v sebeobraně ženy. ? Sběr dat z literárních zdrojů zabývajících se danou problematikou ? Využití osobních zkušeností z praxe ? Použití vybraných technik při konkrétní obranné situaci Výsledky: Výsledky ukázaly v jakých situacích je vhodné aplikovat technické prostředky z juda a kdy lze využít i jiné bojové sporty. Dále výsledky poukázaly na riziková místa, kdy hrozí ženám největší nebezpečí. Klíčová slova: Judo, sebeobrana ženy, pákové techniky, bojová umění |

| Title:
The application of judo techniques for women self-defense. Objectives of the theses: 1) Describe judo techniques used in womens self-defense. 2) The meaning of all judo self-defence techniques applied during womens self-defense. Method: The work is descriptive, using all possible informations concerning the use of judo in womens self-defense. - Collect of data and from literature sources - Personal experience use - The use of selected techniques in specific self-defense situation Results: The results showed in which situations it is appropriate to apply judo techniques, and when you can benefit from other martial arts. The results also pointed to the dangerous places where there is greatest danger to women. Key words: Judo, self-defense women, self-defens lever techniques, martial arts. |
