Preliminary scope of work
Preliminary scope of work in English
In conclusion, I prepared stable, active recombinant α-NAGA in large quantities in a simple eukaryotic system of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The notable advantage of our expression system is in shorter production times, and, up to fourfold increase of the enzyme yields compared to the native production system. Unique properties of this enzyme can find a use for the enzymatic synthesis of various carbohydrate structures and for transformation of the red blood cell group A to the group of H (0), the universal donor.
