Preliminary scope of work

Práce bude zaměřena především na poznatky a koncepce o diferenciaci a polarizaci dlaždicových buněk epidermis nadzemních částí rostlin, ale budou stručně shrnuty také polarizační mechanismy průduchů a trichomů (včetně kořenových vlásků).

Preliminary scope of work in English

This work will concentrate on the contemporary knowledge and concepts on deifferentiation and polarization of epidermal pavement cells in shoot of plants, but also polarization mechanisms of stomata and trichoms will be summarized (including root hairs).
