Preliminary scope of work
Práce se zaobírá liberalizací českého pracovního práva. Zvažuje možnosti v liberalizačním procesu tak, aby byla zachována ochrana zaměstnance a zároveň vytvořeno dostatečně pružné právní prostředí, které bude korespondovat s potřebami pracovního trhu. V práci jsou zmiňovány základní zásady, na nichž by mělo liberálně postavené pracovní právo stát a taktéž jednotlivé instituty tohoto právního odvětví.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The theses relates to liberalization of the Czech labor law. It considers options of the liberalization process in a way to keep protection of the employee and at the same time to create sufficiently flexible legal framework that would correspond to the needs of labor market. Within the theses basis rules are mentioned, based on which the liberal based labor law should be based upon together with basic institute of this legal segment.
