Preliminary scope of work

Nedostatek pohybu je vážný problém ve všech věkových kategoriích. Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o hypokinetických trendech v dětské populaci. Zabývá se příčinami vzniku primární a sekundární hypokineze. Důležitost je kladena především na analýzu životního stylu dětí a dospívajících. Dále jsou také rozebrána rizika, která jsou s nedostatkem pohybu spojena. Patří mezi ně zejména obezita, vadné držení těla, nedostatečná mineralizace kostí a snížená hustota kostní hmoty.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Physical inactivity is a serious problem among all age categories. This work summarizes the observations about hypokinetic trends in children population. It focuses on the causes of development of primary and secondary hypokinesis. It emphasizes the analysis of children’s and adolescents’ lifestyle. Then it also analyses the risks, which are related to physical inactivity. Among them belong mainly obesity, poor body posture, insufficient bone mineralization and decreased level of bone density.
