Preliminary scope of work

Tato práce se zabývá problamatickými místy nutné obrany a to jak z pohledu judikatury (tam, kde je dostupná), tak z pohledu právní vědy (v oblastech, které nebyly judikaturou dosud řešeny). Pozornost je také věnována historickému vývoji nutné obrany a její úpravě v zahraničí.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This thesis focuses on problematic issues of necessary defence (self- defence) both from the point of view of case law (where available) and law theory (in areas that have yet to be decided by courts).
