| Práce se zabývá Tertulliánovým postojem ke druhému manželství, tedy ke sňatkům uzavíraným vdovami a vdovci. Vývoj Tertulliánova postoje je ilustrován jeho vlastními spisy, trilogií De uxore, De exhortatione castitatis a De monogamia. Důraz je kladen na spis De exhortatione castitatis, jehož překlad s komentářem tvoří součást práce. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The thesis addresses Tertullian's view regarding second marriages, i. e. marriages of widows and widowers. The development of Tertullian's view is illustrated by his own writings, the trilogy De Uxore, De Exhortatione Castitatis and De Monogamia, special focus being put on De Exhortatione Castitatis, an annotated translation of which is a part of the thesis. |
