Preliminary scope of work

Populace afrických Fulbů žije v různých částech subsaharské Afriky. K dispozici máme vzorky z oblasti střední delty Nigeru a Čadské pánve. Cílem práce bude detekovat populacne genetické vztahy Fulbů se sousedními populacemi pomocí SNP polymorfismů na Y chromozomu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Population of african Fulani live in a different region of Sub-Saharan Africa. We have DNA samples from Middle Delta of River Niger and Chad basin. The main aim of this study will be detection thr population genetic relationships between population of Fulani and neighbouring African population according SNP polymorphism of chromosome Y.
