Preliminary scope of work in English

Main goal of this bacherol thesis is the verification of the proposed expression and purification protocol for the preparation of the regulatory domain of tyrosine hydroxylase. This enzyme catalyses key step in the biosynthesis of catecholamine neurotransmitters.
