| Cílem práce bylo obecně popsat metodu posturografie, metodiku měření a zjistit možnosti využití u hemiparetických pacientů. Byla vytvořena skupina tří hemiparetických pacientů, kteří absolvovali 10 terapií s využitím biofeedbacku na přístroji Posturograf STP?O3. Celkové vyhodnocení bylo prováděno na základě porovnání vstupního a výstupního měření na posturografu. Pomocí systému znázorňující tlakové jevy na chodidlech jsme zjišťovali, zda má tato terapie vliv na změnu rozložení váhy na dolních končetinách.
Naměřené hodnoty ukazují, že v rámci fyzioterapeutické praxe lze u hemiparetických pacientů úspěšně využít metody posturografie jak k objektivnímu hodnocení terapie, tak i v rámci biofeedbacku. Vlivem absolvovaných terapií došlo u pacientů jak ke zlepšení stability stoje, tak i ke změně zatížení dolních končetin. Klíčová slova: biofeedback, hemiparetický pacient, posturografie, stabilita |

| The purpose of this thesis was to generally describe the method of posturography, methodology of the measurement and to find out the utilization of this method in connection with hemiparetic patients. Three hemiparetic patients absolved ten therapies based on biofeedback by using Posturograf STP-03. Overall assessment was made out on the basis of comparison of the entry measurement and the concluding measurement on the posturograph. With the support of the footscan we were trying to find out weather the therapy affects the changes of body weight on feet (distribution of weight).
Measured data shows that the method of posturography can be successfully used both to objective assessment and within biofeedback in physical therapy of hemiparetics patients. The stability of the stand and distribution of weight improved after the passing of the therapy. Key words: biofeedback, hemiparetic patient, posturography, stability |
