a) Literární rešerše, zaměřená na jev endofytizmu u listnatých dřevin obecně, speciálně pak na endofytické houby, zjištěné u rodů Ulmus a Fraxinus (kritické zhodnocení výsledků dosavadních studií jako východisko pro specifikaci cílů diplomové práce).

b) Literární excerpce endofytických hub na Ulmus a Fraxinus.
