Preliminary scope of work

Projekt si klade za cíl analyzovat integrační politiku Dánska a potvrdit či vyvrátit tvrzení o její úspěšnosti. Je-li předmětem zkoumání Dánsko, pak je na místě vzít v úvahu i roli welfare systému a jeho vlivu na úspěšnost či neúspěšnost integračních programů týkajících se především "neevropských imigrantů", jejichž integrace je tradičně složitější než u ostatních přistěhovalců, ať už z důvodu slabší jazykové vybavenosti či jiného.
Autorka se rozhodla pro zpracování této problematiky z několika důvodů. Kromě absence odborných prací na toto téma byla již částečná znalost tohoto tématu dalším kritériem. Problematika imigrace a z toho vyplývající nutnost zabývat se otázkou integrace přistěhovalců do domácí společnosti je v současnosti velice aktuální téma. Dnešní Evropa čelí nedostatku pracovní síly vyplývajícího ze stárnoucí evropské populace. Řešení tohoto problému může být nalezeno v přistěhovalectví. Vzhledem k demografickému a ekonomickému vývoji se tento problém bude týkat i České republiky. Je tedy na místě všímat si a poučit se z chybných či naopak úspěšných koncepcí přístupu. Dánsko bylo zvoleno jako případná ?šablona?, neboť tato země se začala potýkat s přistěhovalectvím později než ostatní přijímající státy. S pozitivně se vyvíjející ekonomikou by podobný scénář mohl nastat i v případě dalšího menšího člena EU - České republiky.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The project aims to analyse Danish integration policy and to verify its success. If the research is focused on Denmark it´s necessary to take into account the role of welfare system and its effect on success or failure of integrating efforts that are focused primarily on ?Non-Western immigrants? whose integration is traditionally more complicated from many reasons (eg. lower language skills).
The author decided to focus on this dilemma because of few reasons. Besides the lack of subject publications, the partial knowledge of this dilemma is another criteria. The question of immigration and the necessity to deal with integration of immigrants into host society is a current topic. Today´s Europe has to face the shortage of work power caused by aging population. The solution of this problem can by found in immigration. In face of demographic and economic evolution Czech republic will face the same problem. Therefore it´s necessary to perceive failure or success of integrating concepts. Since Denmark started to face mass immigration later than other receiving countries this Kingdom was chosen as the pattern. With the affirmative economical evolution Czech republic ? another small member state of EU ? may deal with same situation.
