Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce je zavést rutinní detekci oomycety Aphanomyces astaci, která způsobuje tzv. račí mor, pomocí molekulárních metod do naší laboratoře. Dále budou analyzovány populace vektorů této choroby, amerických invazních druhů raků, na přítomnost patogenu. V případě nálezů hromadných úhynů původních evorpských druhů raků je testováno, jestli je úhyn způsoben račím morem.
