Student/ka se seznámí s dostupnými modely lesních porostů založenými na trojrozměrném boolském modelu. Prozkoumá možnost bayesovské analýzy modelu na základě remote sensing dat, s využitím moderních metod Markov Chain Monte Carlo a důrazem na praktickou intepretovatelnost získaných odhadů.
