Tato práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů ve sportovním prostředí, zejména v rámci sportovních spolků. Zaměřuje se na právní aspekty zpracování osobních údajů v souladu s GDPR a analyzuje klíčová rizika, kterým čelí sportovní organizace i jednotliví sportovci. Výsledkem je praktický přehled právních povinností a doporučených opatření ke správnému nakládání s osobními údaji ve sportu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis examines the protection of personal data in the sports sector, particularly within sports clubs and associations. It focuses on the legal aspects of personal data processing in compliance with the GDPR and analyses key risks faced by sports organisations and individual athletes. The outcome is a practical overview of legal obligations and recommended measures for the proper handling of personal data in sports.
