| Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Sipping a jeho využití v praxi. Sipping je u pacientů v malnutrici nebo u pacientů s rizikem malnutrice velmi důležitou součástí výživy. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o malnutrici, její diagnostice, projevech a důsledcích. Dále je v teoretické části popsána výživa při onemocnění, před operací a po operaci a v neposlední řadě je popsán sipping jeho složení, druhy, využití, indikace a kontraindikace. V praktické části se dotazníkovým šetřením hledají odpovědi na cíle a hypotézy této práce. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo v nemocnici VFN na jejích odděleních kliniky geriatrie a interní medicíny, urologické kliniky, 4.interní kliniky, 1.chirurgické kliniky a 2.chirurgické kliniky. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of Sipping and its use in practice. Sipping is a very important part of nutrition for patients with malnutrition or patients at risk of malnutrition. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis summarizes knowledge about malnutrition, its diagnosis, manifestations and consequences. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes nutrition during illness, before and after surgery and last but not least, sipping is described, its composition, types, use, indications and contraindications. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey seeks answers to the objectives and hypotheses of this thesis. The questionnaire survey was carried out in the hospital of VFN in its departments of the clinic of geriatrics and internal medicine, urology clinic, 4th internal medicine clinic, 1st surgical clinic and 2nd surgical clinic. |
