Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou mentální anorexie. Sumarizuje údaje ohledně definice samotné mentální anorexie, vysvětluje její možné příčiny vzniku, příznaky nemoci, zmiňuje diagnostická kritéria a mnoho způsobů léčby. Jejím obsahem jsou také specifika ošetřovatelského přístupu u mentální anorexie a kvalita života. V empirické části bakalářská práce pojednává o porovnávání změn u dívek, které si prošly mentální anorexií, se zaměřením na změny v kvalitě života a roli ošetřovatelské péče v jednotlivých fázích onemocnění. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s třemi respondentkami. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit změny v kvalitě života a roli ošetřovatelské péče v jednotlivých fázích onemocnění. Bakalářská práce zjistila, že mentální anorexie výrazně snižuje kvalitu života, zejména během nemoci, a že individuální ošetřovatelská péče hraje zásadní roli v procesu zotavení.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mental anorexia. It summarizes data regarding the definition of mental anorexia itself, explains its possible causes, symptoms of the disease, mentions diagnostic criteria and many methods of tre-atment. It also covers the specifics of the nursing approach to mental anorexia and quality of life. In the empirical part, the bachelor thesis discusses the comparison of changes in girls who have undergone mental anorexia, focusing on changes in quality of life and the role of nursing care in the different stages of the disease. The research investigation took the form of semi-structured interviews with three female respondents. The aim of this study was to assess the changes in quality of life and the role of nursing care in different stages of the disease. The thesis found that anorexia nervosa significantly reduces quality of life, especially during illness, and that individual nursing care plays a crucial role in the recovery process.
