| The goal of the thesis is to design a pipeline (preprocessing techniques and architecture of CNN) to classify artwork reproductions based on the art media used for creating said reproductions.
The implementation will focus on artwork classification but one of the goals is also to explore the performance of classification using CNN in comparison with classification based on pre-chosen features. The text of the thesis will focus on the analysis of different CNN architectures, preprocessing techniques, their performance and the performance of classification based on pre-chosen features. |
