Guidelines
Práce bude vypracována dle pravidel Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy. Bude vypracována samostatně na základě vlastního výzkumného šetření a bude poctivě citovat všechny použité zdroje dle citační normy. V rámci všech využitých metod, při zpracování dat i prezentaci práce budou respektovány etické normy výzkumné práce.

Preliminary scope of work
Práce se zabývá tvorbou a následnou realizací spánkově-edukačního programu pro studenty středních škol. Edukační program se zaměřuje na studenty třetích a čtvrtých ročníků středních škol. Práce mapuje kvalitu spánku u studentů a její následnou proměnu po absolvování spánkové edukace.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis is focused on the development and subsequent implementation of a sleep-educational program for high school students. The educational program is aimed at third and fourth-year high school students. The thesis explores the quality of sleep in students and its transformation after the implementation of sleep education.
