| Tato bakalářská práce představuje komplexní přehled literatury o biodiverzitě alpínských oblastí napříč kontinenty se zaměřením na vzorce druhové rozmanitosti v horských ekosystémech. Zkoumá geografické rozšíření, taxonomickou rozmanitost a ekologický význam alpínských biomů. Budou zkoumány klíčové biogeografické koncepty, včetně definice a klasifikace alpínských regionů, gradientů biodiverzity a vlivu lidské činnosti a klimatické změny. Dále budou v práci diskutovány metodické přístupy ve výzkumu biodiverzity, včetně sběru dat, standardizace a syntézy dat z volně přístupných databází biodiverzity. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je zlepšit porozumění alpské biodiverzitě a výzvám její ochrany v kontextu globálních změn. Práce je určena studentům bakalářského studia se zájmem o biogeografii, makroekologii a environmentální vědy. Téma práce může být individuálně přizpůsobeno dle domluvy se studentem. |

| This bachelor thesis presents a comprehensive literature review of alpine biodiversity across continents, focusing on species diversity patterns in mountain ecosystems. It examines the geographic distribution, taxonomic diversity, and ecological significance of alpine biomes. Key biogeographical concepts, including the definition and classification of alpine regions, biodiversity gradients, and the effects of human activities and climate change, will be explored. Additionally, the thesis will discuss methodological approaches in biodiversity research, including data collection, standardisation, and the synthesis of data from open-access biodiversity databases. This research aims to enhance the understanding of alpine biodiversity and its conservation challenges in the context of global change. The thesis is intended for bachelor students interested in biogeography, macroecology, and environmental science. The topic of the thesis can be individually adapted according to the agreement with the student. |
