Preliminary scope of work |
Spektroskopie jednotlivých nanosystémů umožňuje překročit průměrné vlastnosti souboru a odhalit bohaté rozložení stavů a dynamiky molekulárních systémů. Jednotlivé nanosystémy až na úroveň jednotlivých molekul lze dobře detekovat pomocí jejich spontánní fluorescenční emise. Různé varianty pulzní excitace pak mohou rozeznat absorpci a dynamiku excitovaného stavu.

Preliminary scope of work in English |
Spectroscopy of individual nanosystems allows to go beyond the average ensemble properties, uncovering the rich distribution of molecular system states and dynamics. The individual nanosystems down to single molecules can be well detected using their spontaneous fluorescence emission. Different variants of pulsed excitation can then discern the excited state absorption and dynamics. Within this thesis, a simple and versatile, free-space coupled setup will be implemented to excite and detect single nanosystems using their fluorescence emission. The setup will be aligned on fluorescent beads and applied to selected molecular nanosystems. |
