Preliminary scope of work
Cílem práce je podrobně popsat migraci a patogenitu schistosom v plicích myší. Jako modelový druh bude zejména použita ptačí motolice Trichobilharzia szidati. S využitím řady komplementárních metod (histologie, imunofluorescence, průtoková cytometrie, restimulace leukocytů, ELISA aj.) bude v několika časových bodech studováno její chování v myších kmenů C57BL/6J a Balb/c. Jako komparativní model bude ve vybraných časových bodech použit lidský druh Schistosoma mansoni.
