Preliminary scope of work

V této práci se budu zabývat stravovacími zvyklostmi pracovníků ve zdravotnictví v třísměnném provozu ve zdravotnictví v souvislosti s výživovými doporučeními Zdravá třináctka, V teoretické časti se chci zabývat dopady třísměnného režimu na zdravotníky, se zaměřením na nutriční stránku. Dále se chci věnovat výživovými doporučeními.

Preliminary scope of work in English

In this thesis I will be looking at the dietary habits of three-shift workers in the health care sector in relation to the Healthy Thirteen nutritional recommendations, In the theoretical part I want to look at the impact of the three-shift regime on health care workers, focusing on the nutritional aspect. In addition, I want to address the nutritional recommendations.
