| Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je prostřednictvím elektronického dotazování zjistit a popsat uplatnění absolventů oboru Management tělesné výchovy a sportu z let 2016 až
2022 na trhu práce. Případně formulovat doporučení možných změn z pohledu managementu katedry/fakulty, které by vedly k dalšímu uplatnění absolventů daného studijního oboru na trhu práce. Náplní práce je prostřednictvím elektronického dotazníku získat data o uplatnění absolventů managementu TVS (FTVS UK) na trhu práce. Jedná se o absolventy z let 2016-2022. Primárně se výzkum zaměří na absolventy navazujícího magisterského studia potažmo rozšířené i o bakalářské studium. Přínosem práce budou informace o absolventech a jejich pracovním životě po ukončení studia, které často vzdělávacím institucím chybí k tomu, aby mohly posouvat náplň (nejen) výuky žádoucím směrem. Získané informace tedy poskytnout zpětnou vazbu pro studijní obor a pracovníci s příslušnou pravomocí budou moct zohlednit zkušenosti úspěšných absolventů z trhu práce při stěžejních rozhodnutích a úpravách studijního oboru tak, aby se uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce mohlo nadále zlepšovat. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The main aim of this thesis is to identify and describe the employment of graduates of the field of Physical Education and Sport Management from 2016 to 2022 on the labor market through electronic questioning. Alternatively, to formulate recommendations for possible changes from the perspective of the department/faculty management that would lead to further employment of graduates of the given field of study in the labor market.
The purpose of the work is to obtain data on the employment of of TVS (FTVS UK) management graduates on the labour market. These would be graduates from the years 2021-2022.The primary focus of the research will be on graduates of the follow-up Master's degree eventually extended to include Bachelor's degree studies. The contribution of the thesis will be information on graduates and their working lives after graduation, which often provide educational institutions lack in order to move the content of (not only) teaching in the desired direction. The information gathered will therefore provide feedback to the field of study and staff with the experiences of successful graduates in the market in key decisions and adjustments to the field of study to ensure that the graduates in the labour market can continue to improve. |
