Preliminary scope of work

Psychické přetížení a zvýšený psychický stres se v posledních letech projevil v širokém měřítku u mladých lidí a vede k nárůstu užívání farmakologicých látek na snížení úzkosti a depresí. Tato práce bakalářská práce je literární rešerší, která by měla popsat současnou situaci v této oblasti a zabývat se fyziologickými mechanimy, které mohou být využity jako prevence i léčba psychického přetížení v současné populaci maldých lidí. Práce zohlední věkové a pohlavín rozdíly v této problematice.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Mental overload or psychological stress in different forms has appeared in recent years on a large scale among young people, leading to an increase in the use of pharmacological substances to reduce anxiety and depression. This bachelor's thesis is a literary research that should describe the current situation in this area and deal with physiological mechanisms that can be used as prevention and treatment of mental overload in the current population of young people. The work will take into account age and gender differences in this issue.
