Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje německým politickým nadacím a jejich zahraničně- politické expertíze na příkladu německo-ruských vztahů. Práce obsahuje přehled o legislativním ukotvení německých politických nadací, historii vzniku jednotlivých nadací a informace o osobnostech, jejichž jména nosí. Rovněž se zabývá rolí nadací v zahraniční politice. Kromě přehledu o samotných nadacích je v práci i kapitola o německo-ruských vztazích, a to primárně v letech 2014-2022. Pro lepší pochopení přístupu jednotlivých politických stran ve Spolkové republice Německo k Ruské federaci práce rovněž pojednává o konkrétních výrazných představitelích politických stran a jejich vztahu k Ruské federaci. Poslední částí práce je samotná komparativní analýza postavená na zmínkách o Ruské federaci ve výročních zprávách nadací z let 2014-2022.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The present bachelor's thesis focuses on German political foundations and their foreign policy expertise using German-Russian relations as an example. The thesis provides an overview of the legislative anchoring of German political foundations, the history of the foundations' establishment and information about the personalities whose names they bear. It also discusses the role of foundations in foreign policy. In addition to an overview of the foundations themselves, the thesis includes a chapter on German-Russian relations, primarily in the period 2014-2022. To better understand the approach of the various political parties in the Federal Republic of Germany towards the Russian Federation, the thesis also discusses specific prominent political party leaders and their relationship to the Russian Federation. The last part of the thesis is the comparative analysis itself, based on references to the Russian Federation in the foundations' annual reports from 2014-2022.
