| Český hydrometeorologický ústav provozuje řadu venkovních webkamer. Tyto webkamery jsou přístupné meteorologům a široké veřenosti pro získání přehledu o aktuální situaci počasí na místech, kde jsou kamery umístěny. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a ohodnotit algoritmus, který dokáže automaticky určit aktuální počasí a typ mraků na snímku pořízeném některou z těchto webkamer.
The Czech Meteorological Service operates many outdoor web cameras accessible to meteorologists and the public. The cameras provide an overview of the current weather at the location where they are installed. The goal of the thesis is to design and evaluate an algorithm capable of automatically deciding the current weather and cloud type in an image taken by one of these web cameras. |
