Preliminary scope of work

Abstrakt:
Tato práce se zabývá tím, jak domácí basketbalisté Kooperativa NBL vnímání své zahraniční spoluhráče a protihráče a zda jejich prezenci hodnotí pozitivně nebo negativně
Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou neustále prohlubující se globalizace a s ní spojenou migrací zejména sportovců ze své mateřské země do zahraničí, dále nastiňuje prostředí českého basketbalu a jeho přestupního řádu.
Praktická část je tvořena polostrukturovanými rozhovory s vybranými českými hráči Kooperativa NBL na jejichž základě bylo vyhodnoceno, zda vnímají zahraniční hráče více pozitivně nebo negativně.
Název práce: Vliv cizinců na rozvoj českých hráčů v Kooperativa NBL
Cíl práce: Hlavním cíle této bakalářské práce je průzkum českého basketbalového prostředí a to, jak domácí basketbalisté vnímají prezenci zahraničních basketbalistů v Kooperativa NBL.
Metody: Analýza sekundárních dat odborné literatury a elektronických článků s cílem porozumění problematiky globalizace a migrace sportovců ze svých mateřských zemí do zahraničí. Následně nastínění situace v turecké lize před a po uvolněním kvót upřesňující maximální počet zahraničních hráčů na soupisce jednoho týmu. V neposlední řadě analýza českého basketbalového prostředí. K výzkumu je doplněna následná tvorba primárních dat za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými hráči Kooperativa NBL s cílem zjistit jejich vlastní názor za prezenci zahraničních hráčů.
Výsledky: Autor práce na základě odpovědí, které byli získány od oslovených respondentů konstatuje, že čeští basketbalisté vnímají zahraniční hráče všeobecně pozitivně a jejich prezence je motivuje k vlastnímu zlepšení. Domácí basketbalisté jsou si vědomi i negativních aspektů, jenž zahraniční hráči přinášejí, jako například menší počet herních minut, ale zprvu na ně vůbec nekladli důraz a když se na ně autor práce doptal, čeští hráči danou tématiku otočili v pozitivní motivaci a snahu se zahraničním hráčům vyrovnat a vzít si své minuty zpět.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Abstract:
This study is about how domestic basketball players in Kooperativa NBL viewing their internatinonal teammates and opponents and if their presence have more positive or negative aspects.
Theoretical part following deepining issue of globalization and its connection to sport migration mainly for sportmans who are are leaving their home countries. Next it is outlining the reality of czech basketball and its tranfer rules.
Practical part is focusing on half-structured interviews with chosen czech players from Kooperativa NBL with the goal of finding out their opinion about international players in czech basketball league.
Title: The impact of foreigners on the development of Czech players in the Kooperativa NBL
Objectives: Main goal of this study is research of czech basketball environment and how domestic players viewing the presence of international players in Kooperativa NBL.
Methods: Analysis of secondary data of professional literature and electronic articles with the aim of understanding the issue of globalization and the migration of athletes from their mother countries abroad. Subsequently, an outline of the situation in the Turkish league before and after the release of quotas specifying the maximum number of foreign players on the roster of one team. Finally, an analysis of the Czech basketball environment. The research is complemented by the subsequent creation of primary data with the help of semi-structured interviews with selected Kooperativa NBL players in order to find out their own opinion about the presence of foreign players.
Results: Based on the answers obtained from the interviewed respondents, the author of the thesis states that Czech basketball players perceive foreign players in a generally positive way and their presence motivates them to improve themselves. Domestic basketball players are also aware of the negative aspects that foreign players bring, such as a smaller number of playing minutes, but at first, they did not emphasize them at all, and when the author of the thesis asked about them, the Czech players turned the topic into positive motivation and an effort to get their minutes back.
