Cílem práce je zanalyzovat prostorový výskyt a časové změny v distribuci kryptických linií blešivce potočního ve vybraných potocích Západních Karpat (Vsetínska) ze vzorků odebraných na podélném gradientu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim is to characterise the spatial distribution, coexistence patterns and temporal dynamics of cryptic lineages of the Gamamrus fosasrum complex (Crustacea, Amphipoda) in selected streams of the Western Carpathains (Vsetín region). Samples were collected along downstream environmental gradients that include also increase of anthropogenic pollution.
