Preliminary scope of work
Diplomová práce se zabývá vyvážeností práv cestujících a povinností leteckých dopravců Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (ES) č. 261/2004 ze dne 11. února 2004, kterým se stanoví společná pravidla náhrad a pomoci cestujícím v letecké dopravě v případě odepření nástupu na palubu, zrušení nebo významného zpoždění letů. Cílem diplomové práce je rovněž přiblížit zmíněnou problematiku čtenáři a zároveň cestujícím nabídnout ideální postup v případě vymáhání náhrad po leteckých dopravcích.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The master thesis deals with the balance between passengers' rights and air carriers' obligations under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to air transport passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights. The aim of the thesis is also to introduce the mentioned topic to the reader and at the same time to offer passengers an ideal procedure in case of claiming compensations from air carriers.
