Preliminary scope of work

Náplní bakalářské práce bude stanovení vybraných malých organických, případně i anorganických aniontů, v nápojích různého původu. Ke stanovení vybraných aniontů bude použita metoda iontové chromatografie v kombinaci s vodivostní detekcí po předchozí chemické supresi. Bude sledován vliv experimentálních podmínek (složení mobilní fáze, teplota kolony) na chromatografické chování vybraných aniontů. Po optimalizaci separačních podmínek bude provedena kvantifikace vybraných analytů ve vzorcích nápojů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The content of the bachelor's thesis will be the determination of selected small organic and possibly also inorganic anions in beverages of various origins. The method of ion chromatography in combination with conductivity detection after previous chemical suppression will be used to determine the selected anions. The influence of experimental conditions (composition of the mobile phase, column temperature) on the chromatographic behavior of selected anions will be monitored. After optimizing the separation conditions, the quantification of the selected analytes in the beverage samples will be performed.
