Preliminary scope of work
Práce pojednává o onemocnění diabetes mellitus a onemocněních, která se v souvislosti s diabetem často vyskytují. V práci jsou popsány nejčastější nemoci spojené s diabetem a také jeho komplikace. Praktická část je zpracována ve formě kazuistik, které popisují případy pacientů s diabetem společně s onkologickým onemocněním pankreatu. V kazuistikách je také zhodnoceno dodržování diabetické diety.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis is about diabetes mellitus and diseases that often occur in connection with diabetes. The thesis also describes other diseases associated with diabetes and its complications. The practical part is processed in the form of case reports, which contains cases of patients with diabetes together with oncological disease of the pancreas. Adherence to the diabetic diet is also evaluated in the case reports.
