Tato práce je zaměřena na vliv nutriční edukace u diabetu 1. typu a je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné informace a nové poznatky ohledně diabetu 1. typu, tedy etiopatogeneze jeho vzniku, klinický obraz, diagnostika, prevence a léčba. Praktická část práce je formou kvantitativního retrospektivního výzkumu. Studie spočívala na základě předem stanovených kritérií ve výběru vhodného souboru, u kterého byly následně hodnoceny a porovnávány hodnoty parametrů kompenzace diabetu a tělesná hmotnost, a to po dobu 12 měsíců u každého pacienta.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This diploma thesis is about the effect of nutrition education in type 1 diabetes and is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, general information and new findings regarding type 1 diabetes are described, i.e. its etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis, prevention and treatment. The practical part of the thesis is in the form of quantitative retrospective research. The study consisted in the selection of a suitable cohort based on predetermined criteria, in which the values of parameters of diabetes compensation and body weight were subsequently assessed and compared for 12 months in each patient.
