Preliminary scope of work

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematiou týkající se významu konzumace jater ve výživě člověka. Teoretická část popisuje nutriční složení, porovnává rozdíly mezi játry různých živočišných druhů a uvádí možné formy konzumace jater s jejich výživovými benefity a potenciálními zdravotními riziky. Praktická část obsahuje průzkum dostupnosti jater, komparaci paštik s obsahem jater a dotazníkové šetření týkající se konzumace jater a znalostí o nich.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the importance of liver consumption in human nutrition. The theoretical part describes the nutritional composition, compares the differences between livers of different animal species and presents possible forms of liver consumption with their nutritional benefits and potential health risks. The practical part includes a survey on the availability of liver, a comparison of liver-containing pates and a questionnaire survey on liver consumption and knowledge.
