Seznámení studenta s literaturou a literárními zdroji. Zaškolení do in vitro metodik pro testování základních vlastností stříbrných nanočástic. Měření minimální inhibiční koncentrace (MIC). Vliv různých typů částic na hodnotu MIC. Stanovení buněčné cytotoxicity.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Acquaintance of the student with literature and literary sources. Training in in vitro methodologies for testing the basic properties of silver nanoparticles. Measurement of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Effect of different types of particles on the MIC value. Determination of cellular cytotoxicity.
