| Ve své diplomové práci na téma Analýza základních aspektů místa a úlohy duchovní péče ozbrojených sil České republiky a Spojených států amerických se zaměřuji, jak i název vypovídá, na srovnání armádní duchovní péče dvou armád, konkrétně Armády České republiky a Armády Spojených států amerických.
Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí: část věnující se České republice a část zaměřenou na Spojené státy americké. Těžištěm práce je podrobné zmapování základních aspektů duchovních služeb obou armád, konkrétně například požadavky na kandidáta na kaplana, rozlišením kaplana od ostatního vojska či náplň jejich práce. Důraz je kladen také na historii duchovní služby, v práci je tedy provedena důkladná analýza dějinných souvislostí. Na závěr je pak uskutečněno srovnání hlavních aspektů, které je pro lepší přehlednost umístěno do tabulky. Hlavním přístupem diplomové práce je případová studie, čerpající z dokumentů primární a sekundární povahy. |

| In my diploma thesis on the topic Analysis of Basic Aspects of the Place and Role of the Spiritual Care of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and the United States of America, I focus, as the name suggests, on the comparison of the military spiritual care of two armies, namely the Army of the Czech Republic and the Army of the United States of America.
This thesis is divided into two main parts: a part focused on the Czech Republic and a part focused on the United States of America. The focus of the work is a detailed mapping of the basic aspects of the spiritual services of both armies, especially, for example, the requirements for a chaplain candidate, the chaplain's distinction from other armies or the content of their work. Emphasis is also placed on the history of spiritual services, so the thesis provides a thorough analysis of historical contexts. Finally, a comparison of the main aspects is made, which is placed in a table for better clarity. The main approach of the thesis is a case study, drawing on primary and secondary documents. |
