Preliminary scope of work
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vybraným otázkám výhrady soupisu pozůstalosti v dědickém řízení – konkrétně omezení odpovědnosti dědice za dluhy zůstavitele v historických souvislostech i v současné době dle aktuálně platného institutu výhrady soupisu pozůstalosti. Součástí je také celorepublikový empirický výzkum praktického užití i názorů notářek a notářů na tento institut.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis addresses selected issues of the reservation as to estate inventory in probate proceedings, specifically the limitation of the heir's liability for the decedent’s debts. The issue was addressed in historical contexts and under the currently valid institute of the reservation as to estate inventory. Together with the theoretical examined issue of the historical and current valid institute of reservation and estate inventory there is also empirical nationwide research of the practically use the notary's opinion on this issue
