Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výsledků z online poznávání organismů v rámci Biologické olympiády ze školního roku 2020/2021. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli některé organismy řešitelé Biologické olympiády správně poznávají s větší pravděpodobností než jiné. A pokud ano, čím jsou tyto organismy charakteristické. Dalším cílem je testovat možný vliv prezentace organismů respektive způsobu zadání jednotlivých úloh na úspěšnost určení, a otestovat zda koreluje počet bodů z testu poznávání organismů s celkovým počtem bodů získaných za všechny soutěžní části v daném kole Biologické olympiády. Cílem práce je i popsat nejčastější záměny organismů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The diploma thesis analyses the results from the online species identification within the Biological Olympiad from the school year 2020/2021. The aim of the thesis is to find out if some species are more likely than others to be identified correctly by the participants in Biology Olympiad. And if so, what make these species distinctive. Another goal is to test the possible influence of the way in which the species are presented and individual tasks are entered on the success of the identification, and to test whether the score from the species identification test correlates with the total score for all competing parts in a given round of the Biological Olympiad. The aim of the work is also to describe the most common organism substitutions.
