Preliminary scope of work

Predkladana bakalarska prace se bude zabyvat porovnanim ruznych skenu tandemoveho hmotnostniho spektrometru (Scan, SIM a MRM) v kvantifikaci kanabidiolu v krysim seru. Jednotlive sceny budou protovnany z pohledu LOD a LOQ, linearity a selektivity.
