Preliminary scope of work
Hlavním cílem této práce bude na základě rozsáhlého sběru jedinců z přirozených populací druhů Arabidopsis halleri a druhového komplexu Arabidopsis arenosa zjistit jejich cytotypovou a genetickou variabilitu na území Evropy za využití rozličných metod (průtoková cytometrie, molekulární metody, multivariační mofrometrika). S přihlédnutím ke zjištěným faktům budou dále posouzeny stávající taxonomické koncepty a navrženy jejich úpravy.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The main objective of this work will be to examine the cytotypic and genetic variability of Arabidopsis halleri and Arabidopsis arenosa species in Europe using multiple methods (flow cytometry, molecular methods, multivariate mofrometry) based on extensive collection of individuals from natural populations of the species. Taking into account the findings, existing taxonomic concepts will be further assessed and modifications proposed.
