Preliminary scope of work |
Spektroskopie jednotlivých nanosystémů umožňuje překročit průměrné vlastnosti souboru a odhalit bohaté rozložení stavů a dynamiky molekulárních systémů. Jednotlivé nanosystémy až na úroveň jednotlivých molekul lze dobře detekovat pomocí jejich spontánní fluorescenční emise. Různé varianty pulzní excitace pak mohou rozeznat absorpci a dynamiku excitovaného stavu. V rámci této práce bude implementováno jednoduché a univerzální uspořádání pro excitaci a detekci jednotlivých nanosystémů pomocí jejich fluorescenční emise. |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
Spectroscopy of individual nanosystems allows to go beyond the average ensemble properties, uncovering the rich distribution of molecular system states and dynamics. The individual nanosystems down to single molecules can be well detected using their spontaneous fluorescence emission. Different variants of pulsed excitation can then discern the excited state absorption and dynamics. Within this theses, a simple and versatile, free-space coupled setup will be implemented to excite and detect single nanosystems using their fluorescence emission. |
