Preliminary scope of work

Kritická analýza výskytu os cordis u savců se zvláštní pozorností k fylogenetické distribuci, incidenci v rámci studovaných druhů a rozsahu osifikace na škále vazivo-chrupavka-kost. Detailní analýza shromážděného materiálu, především ve spolupráci s českými zoologickými zahradami, se zvláštní pozornosti k tvaru, velikosti a rozsahu osifikace os cordis, a s použitím technik počítačové tomografie.
