Preliminary scope of work |
Tato práce se zaměřuje na stanovení vztahů mezi podmínkami syntézy, strukturou a výkonností Ti- a Sn-substituovaných zeolitových katalyzátorů při přípravě heterocyklických sloučenin. Katalyzátory s různou strukturou, chemickým složením a krystalickou morfologií (např. mikro- a nanokrystalické) budou syntetizovány hydrotermální krystalizací nebo postsyntetickou izomorfní substitucí. Strukturní a chemické vlastnosti materiálů budou charakterizovány pomocí difrakčních, sorpčních, spektroskopických a mikroskopických technik, přičemž jejich katalytická výkonnost bude hodnocena v příslušných modelových reakcích (např. Baeyerova–Villigerova oxidace cyklických ketonů, Diels-Alderova kondenzace aldehydů a dienů). |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
Lewis acid zeolites emerged as promising heterogeneous catalysts for valorization of biomass-derived chemicals. Tailoring the chemical composition and crystal morphology of such catalysts is required to optimize their performance in specific reaction. This work aims at establishing the synthesis-structure-performance relationships for Ti- and Sn-substituted zeolite catalysts in preparation of heterocyclic compounds. The catalysts with different structures, chemical compositions, and crystal organizations (e.g., micro- and nanocrystalline) will be synthesized via hydrothermal crystallization or post-synthesis isomorphous substitution. Structural and chemical properties of the materials will be characterized using diffraction, sorption, spectroscopic and microscopic techniques, while their catalytic performance will be evaluated in relevant model reactions (e.g., Baeyer–Villiger oxidation of cyclic ketones, Diels-Alder condensation of aldehydes and dienes and others). |
