Guidelines
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je oboznámiť sa s kategorickými datami, ktoré sú reprezentované (resp. zapísané)
pomocou dvojrozmernej kontingenčnej tabuľky. V súvislosti s takouto kontingenčnou tabuľkou sa v praxi
často rieši otázka vzájomnej nezávislosti medzi dvoma marginálnymi veličinami. K tomuto účelu slúži hlavne
Pearsonov test nezávislosti (Pearson, 1900), ktorý je zo všetkých alternatív najstarší a zároveň najznámejší.

Alternatívne prístupy pre testovanie nezávislosti môžu byť založené napr. na maximálnej vierohodnosti, na tzv. U-štatistikách,
alebo na neparametrických metódach.
