Guidelines |
Task of this diploma thesis is to create several prototypes and datasets under use-case of referenced literature (e.g. to extend capabilities of regular cctv ip cameras). Domain can be time specific, e.g. recognize face masks for Covid protection, detect events when person from separated areas met, object detection for self driving car, etc. Use case can be also focused to automoto industry and/or health protection in industry, Industry 4.0, IoT, ...
Thesis is expected to formulate use-cases, collect public video data, design methods, implement at least two prototypes, provide experiments and comparison and evaluation. Experiments have to be repeatable. Papers listed can be used as introductory motivation. Related work is expected to be updated. Specific focus can be changed during solution, as the topic is quite challenging and unexpected can appear. |
