Preliminary scope of work

Motivem bakalářské práce je analýza mzdového postavení zahraničních zaměstnanců s cílem vyvodit závěr v otázce příjmových nerovností zahraničních zaměstnanců na českém trhu práce. V práci se pokusím objasnit důvody výše příjmů zahraničních pracovníků skrze teoretické koncepce a strukturální komparaci s populací českých zaměstnanců. V komparaci struktur populací zahraničních a českých zaměstnanců budu uvažovat jednotlivé kategorie jako jsou pohlaví, věk, region, odvětví či příjmový decil.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The motive of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the wage position of foreign employees in order to draw a conclusion on the issue of income inequality of foreign employees in the Czech labor market. In this work I will try to clarify the reasons for the income of foreign workers through theoretical concepts and structural comparison within the population of Czech employees. In comparing the structures of the populations of foreign and Czech employees, I will consider individual categories such as gender, age, region, and industry or income decile.
