| Nedávný rozsáhlý výzkum mezi českými učiteli (Ptáček et al. 2019)
poukázal na řadu rizikových faktorů pro vznik syndromu vyhoření. Jedním ze zajímavých výsledků při tom bylo zjištění, že nebyla prokázána souvislost mezi symptomy vyhoření a velikostí tříd. Některé zahraniční studie však naznačují, že se stále zvyšující se heterogenitou žáků spíše než s velikostí tříd, může míra vyhoření souviset se složením tříd, konkrétně pak s počtem žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Cílem diplomové práce proto bude zjistit, zda a jak je tento faktor důležitý v praxi českých prvostupňových učitelů. Teoretická práce se zaměří na problematiku syndromu vyhoření a náročnosti učitelské profese. Představí současný stav poznání o nejsilnějších stresorech v učitelství, Konkrétně se zaměří na oblast proměnných na straně žákovské populace. Samotné výzkumné šetření pak zmapuje projevy syndromu vyhoření učitelů prvního stupně ZŠ ve vztahu ke složení třídy z hlediska počtu žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, jejich typologie a konkrétních nároků na práci s nimi. |

| The recent extensive research performed among Czech teachers (Ptáček et al.2019) has pointed out a range of risk factors for burnout syndrome development.
One of the interesting results found out that there has not been established the connection between burnout symptoms and the number of children in the class. But some abroad studies indicate that the burnout rate is related (due to the successively higher pupil heterogeneity) with the class structure, specifically with the number of students with special needs instead of the number of learners in the class. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how important this factor can be in the practice of Czech primary teachers. In its theoretical part, the thesis will focus on burnout syndrome issues and the demands of the teacher´s profession. It will introduce a current state of knowledge of the most powerful stressors in teaching. Specifically, it will focus on the range of pupils´ heterogeneity. The research will examine the burnout syndrome performance among the primary teachers in relation to class structure regarding the number of students with special support needs. |
