Apikální ektodermální lišta je proužek ztluštělého epitelu v distální části vyvíjející se končetiny. Jedná se o dočasné organizační centrum řídící vyrůstání končetiny distálním směrem díky expresi rodiny fibroblastových růstových faktorů. U různých skupin obratlovců může mít různou stavbu či může dokonce chybět. Daná bakalářská práce má zhodnotit vznik této struktury během embryonálního vývoje a popsat stavbu a rozdíly této struktury u různých obratlovců.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Apical ectodermal ridge (AER) is a band of thickened epithelium in the distal portion of the developing limb. It represents a temporal organizing center, which regulates outgrowth of the limb in the distal direction thanks to expression of fibroblast growth factors. AER can have different composition in various vertebrates or can even be missing. The proposed bachelor thesis is aimed at evaluating the emergence of this structure during the embryonic development and describe its composition and differences in various groups of vertebrates.
