Orofaryngeální dutina je důležitou částí těla obratlovců, která slouží k příjmu potravy a k dýchání. Je složena ze soustavy tvrdých (chrupavky, kosti, zuby) a měkkých tkání (orofaryngeální epitel, chuťové pohárky, žábry), které vznikají na pomezí všech zárodečných vrstev. Daná bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat topografickou souvztažnost těchto tkání během embryogeneze ocasatých obojživelníků s předpokládaným přesahem do následné práce diplomové .
Preliminary scope of work in English
The oropharyngeal cavity in an important part of the vertebrate body, which serves digestive and breathing functions. It is composed of a system of hard (cartilage, bone, teeth) and soft tissues (oropharyngeal epithelium, taste buds, gills), which arise at the interface of all germ layers. The proposed bachelor thesis aims at describing the topographical relation of these tissues during the embryogenesis of salamanders with the expected continuation into the subsequent diploma thesis.
